i am 19 years old, a sophomore in college, and someday i will look like this. <-- i have a wonderful boyfriend who supports me in everything i do. but for as long as i can remember, i have always hated my body. i have restricted and over-exercised since i was a little girl. it's something that never really leaves a person... obsessing like that. but i have turned over a new leaf. i'm done with the binging and restricting and over-exercising and weight loss drugs and especially done hating my body. if i have to obsess over my body, then i'm determined to obsess over it in a healthy way. My life has been packed full of hardships and challenges, but through all that I know that the one thing I can control in life is my body. i created this blog to inspire myself and others. i hope i can inspire other people to take charge of their lives and accept their own beauty. i want to use this to leave positive imprints in the lives of others. because after all, we are all in this together.
